The difference
One coordinator, or everyone their own role?
Basic: one coordinator
One person manages RealCob and walks through all the questions. A good fit for smaller organisations where the knowledge and responsibility sit with one person.
Business: roles per job
Your DPO, legal counsel, IT staff and operational colleagues each log in themselves and see only the questions that belong to their job. The software cross-checks the answers for consistency — if IT says "yes" and operations says "no", a flag appears on the dashboard right away. Document versions are compared too, so nobody unknowingly works with an outdated one.

Can I upgrade later?
