2. Click on a specific question to view details or answer it as part of the compliance test.

 

3. Click the Start / Progress button to begin answering the selected compliance question.

 

4. Select Yes if your organization processes personal data, an important step for GDPR applicability.

 

5. Answer the question whether the company is established in the EU by selecting Yes, which is relevant for the GDPR.

7. The results will tell you whether your company falls under the GDPR, and what your next steps are to become fully GDPR-proof. Your results are in the green box. You can return to the dashboard to answer the following questions.

 

8. Return to the dashboard to see an overview of your GDPR compliance progress and documents.

 

9. Click Start / Progress on the second question to check whether you need to appoint a Data Protection Officer.

 

10. Select No if your organization is not a government agency or public authority, which would affect its obligations.

 

11. Indicate whether your company processes data from more than 10,000 individuals by selecting Yes, which may trigger additional requirements.

13. Answer whether your company collects location or activity data by selecting Yes, for an accurate compliance assessment.

 

14. Click Start in the Data Protection Officer procedure to begin or complete this mandatory step.
